One of the classes at the RESA convention that really
confirmed my philosophy but sparked my imagination with new ideas was the
Staging Report. Some call it the “Walk and Talk” Report.
Karen Otto, from the Dallas area, said that 70% of her
business was from the Staging Report, $150 service. Karen is a regional VP with RESA national and
a convention speaker. Shouldn’t we all be listening to what she has to say?!
I took pages and pages of notes and condensed it down to
a short but thorough report. I’ve also added my thoughts. If you are
